Well protected for shipping. The stand is of high quality. Magnet is good, it holds my iPhone 14 Pro well. I wish it was a bit stronger, but it won't be a problem as it's already good. Happy with the purchase.

All the different configurations are really helpful and the clip on ring truly does come in handy. The magnet on the back side is not as strong as the front, but overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase.

The Ulanzi MA38 is honestly so good. It lets you get some unique shooting angles with the hook letting you emulate a mantis tripod over the door type shot that wouldn’t be possible if the MagSafe mount didn’t swivel. I appreciate they used a ball catch system to secure it. Because the MagSafe mount rotates, it’s too long to be hidden behind a pro max iPhone so they should have just made the body and legs longer to allow for longer and more stable legs but the design is a good compromise in portability. I appreciate the magnetic mounting feature as well.
