Before you order — check the thread
Check the thread size and direction against your machine. Strimmer shaft threads vary and many are left-hand threaded — the usual reason a "universal" head does not fit. Check the maximum line diameter your machine takes; line too thick will not feed and overloads the motor.
Check in the product options whether the head is bump feed, automatic or fixed line.

Wear eye protection and sturdy shoes, keep people and pets well away, and always run the machine with its guard fitted. Stop the engine and remove the battery or plug lead before fitting the head or reloading line.
