Fantastic product and fast delivery to the UK. I installed it myself, the wiring loom can be tricky on a coupe or convertible model because of the room behind the stereo, but it is doable. I cut a piece of plastic out that allowed me to tuck the wiring under the stereo unit. The product is brilliant, really pleased. The seller is also fantastic, answered all my questions and was able to match me up to the correct unit and bracket.
Excellent seller. Great communication to make sure I had the right product for my application. The install went perfect and flawless. Just make sure you go into the settings for sound input for Mercedes and turn on AUX. Everything will work great! Thank you!

I am incredibly impressed by this item! It integrates so well with the original system. For my installer, this was truly a plug and play as we didn’t need to change any settings beyond factory as it just automatically synced up (camera, resolution etc). I initially had a problem with the audio connecting to the car while using Apple CarPlay however, it just required that I go into the OEM system and pair the car Bluetooth to my actual phone not the multimedia screen. LOVE that I was able to change the logo according to the instructions in the YouTube video comments. I’m very happy with this product and when I did have to reach out to customer service, I did get a response almost immediately.
Quick delivery, from start to finish - bang on 2 weeks. Packaging and quality of the unit itself, plus the wiring loom and mounting pieces looks and feels like a OE replacement parts, which is a big plus! Will be installing it in a few days. From first impressions I really recommend the seller, they even provided a detailed installation video if there were any questions or misunderstanding.
